About

Notch is a multi-mode counter, score keeper, and tracker for anyone who counts something more than once. The free tier covers counting, two-team scoring, and water tracking. A one-time $3.99 unlock adds ten more tracker presets: exercise, vitamin / medication, symptom, custom, journal, habit / streak, mood, sleep, weight, and Pomodoro / focus (plus coffee, soda, and custom drink variants); unlimited saved items; trends by hour, day, week, month, or year; and a calendar heatmap with up to five tracked items overlaid. Everything stays on the device except purchase verification; CSV export is built in.

What it does

  • 13 tracker modes in one app: Counter, Score, Drinks, Exercise, Vitamin / Medication, Symptom, Custom, Journal, Habit / Streak, Mood, Sleep, Weight, and Pomodoro / Focus
  • Every event is timestamped and editable; long-press any history row
  • Trends by hour, day, week, month, or year
  • Calendar heatmap with up to five counters overlaid
  • Local data only; the sole network use is verifying your purchase

Accuracy and limitations

Notch is a tracking tool, not a medical device. The Vitamin / Medication and Symptom presets record the numbers you enter; they do not validate doses, check interactions, or provide medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional about any treatment decision.
